Five Element Sound Healing
The use of sound healing is on the rise, and what a beautiful way to stimulate our innate healing power! Maybe you’ve been to a sound bath, listened to Solfeggio tunes, or experienced other ways of affecting your energy/vibration through the frequencies of sound. Or maybe all this is new to you!

I offer individualised sound healing sessions at my office in the Aldgate Healing Center on Saturdays and some Mondays.
Sound, or vibrational, healing is one of many forms of energy medicine. For example, within my naturopathic practice, I offer flower essences and homeopathic remedies, which are energy/vibrational medicines, and herbal medicine, which has an energetic component along with its other healing effects.
In my sound healing sessions, I utilise tuning forks set to a variety of frequencies or tones to directly treat the classical acupuncture meridians and points according to your specific energetic needs. My approach is a blend of my five-element acupuncture training and practice and the Acutonics® system.
Cost: $110, treatments are approximately 1 hour

Sound healing gently unblocks stagnant or stuck energy and calms over-stimulated energy in the body, mind or emotions and allows greater connection to Self and Source. Using the tuning forks on the acupuncture points specifically allows each treatment to be individualised to what you are currently experiencing in your body, mind, emotions and spirit.
Moving energy in this way allows our human system to find a new balance and flow, activating our innate healing power and ability. The tuning forks applied to specific acupuncture points allow intentional release of that which no longer serves us.
Treatments tend to open us up to new aspects of Self and perspectives on our lives, as well as being well suited to decreasing stress and anxiety, lifting the mood, relaxing the entire system and increasing balance and our sense of wellbeing and empowerment through increased movement of vital energy (qi, prana).
